yay for yoga!

yesterday i had my first one-on-one private yoga session with a client of mine who has severe scoliosis. she was so happy at the end of her session. she felt great doing poses specifically for her back and was super happy at the end of our session. i feel so gratified to have helped her :) yay for yoga and it's many benefits!
